Working hours:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to be office-based and on a full-time basis.
Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Strong customer service or sales background (property experience preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, career-minded attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team and close for business
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
- Leadership potential (for senior/assistant manager applicants)
Key responsibilities:
- Registering new tenants and accurately matching them to suitable rental properties based on their requirements and budget
- Arranging, coordinating, and conducting property viewings in a professional and timely manner
- Negotiating tenancy offers between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants
- Managing a busy and varied diary, ensuring all appointments, viewings, and follow-ups are handled efficiently
- Preparing and processing tenancy paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Chasing rental arrears where required and supporting the resolution of tenancy issues
- Carrying out property valuations (for senior-level roles) and providing informed rental advice to landlords
- Working closely with the Lettings Manager and wider team to achieve branch targets and deliver excellent customer service
