A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a successful estate agency based near Swaffham, seeking an experienced, driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great role for someone who is confident managing the sales process and wants to progress within a busy, target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for handling residential property sales from registration through to completion, including arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to exchange and completion. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with buyers, vendors, and third parties are essential.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be expected to work proactively, spot opportunities, and contribute to overall branch success while delivering excellent customer service throughout.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor
  • Confident, ambitious and target-driven
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach
  • Able to work well individually and as part of a team

Sales Negotiator key responsibilities:

  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, vendors and buyers
  • Keeping all parties updated and chasing progress where needed
  • Supporting new business opportunities and referrals
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market

Working hours:

  • Full-time 
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays
