We're recruiting for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded estate agency in Bury St Edmunds.

The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients
- Conduct property viewings and showcase key property features
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
- Manage the sales process from offer through to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other industry professionals
- Generate new business opportunities and identify future instructions
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
- Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and business objectives
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous experience within sales, customer service, or estate agency preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven with a motivated approach to achieving results
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
