The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary circa £25,000
- Realistic OTE of £32,000 (Uncapped)
- Fully office-based
- 5-day working week

As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
- Progressing property sales through to completion
- Negotiating and successfully closing offers
- Delivering outstanding vendor care throughout the sales process
- Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- Strong understanding of the property sales process
- Recent estate agency experience is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
