The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Progress property sales from offer through to completion
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome
- Deliver exceptional customer service and vendor care throughout the sales journey
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions progress smoothly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and delivering outstanding service
Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Recent residential estate agency experience is essential
- Strong understanding of the property sales process
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple transactions
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
