The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Greet and register buyers and vendors
- Match clients to suitable properties and arrange viewings
- Generate valuation opportunities and support new instructions
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress sales through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months' recent experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Strong work ethic with the ambition to succeed and progress
- Confident, personable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good local knowledge of the Nottingham / West Bridgford area is desirable
