Experienced in videography, photography, and digital content creation?
We're recruiting for a Photographer, Videographer & Content Creator to join a well-established and highly respected property business, producing engaging visual content across multiple brands and business divisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled content creator to take ownership of video and photography production, showcasing people, properties, and services through high-quality digital content.
The Role
As a Photographer, Videographer & Content Creator, you will:
- Plan, film, edit, and produce engaging video and photography content across multiple brands
- Create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Produce professional photography and videography for residential, commercial, and rural properties
- Create property tours, reels, interviews, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop creative concepts and manage projects from initial planning through to delivery
- Support PR campaigns, company announcements, and brand awareness initiatives
- Attend events and industry activities to capture engaging content
- Adapt content into different formats to suit various platforms and audiences
- Manage content production schedules across multiple projects
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to support marketing and commercial objectives
- Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines and maintains high professional standards
Photographer, Videographer & Content Creator Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in videography, photography, and content creation
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating commercial, promotional, and social media content
- Excellent filming, editing, and post-production skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording
- Experience producing content for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
- Creative eye with the ability to produce compelling visual stories
- Experience producing professional headshots, team photography, and corporate imagery
- Good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
- Highly organised with strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Willingness to travel regularly across Norfolk
- Access to professional photography and videography equipment would be advantageous
