We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected and well-established independent estate agency in Sheringham, North Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused property professional with strong sales and negotiation skills, looking to work with a quality property portfolio, build lasting client relationships and progress their career within a successful and supportive business.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and secure property valuations
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Provide expert advice on local market conditions and property values
- Work towards individual and branch sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling journey
- Represent the business professionally within the local community
Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Proven experience within residential estate agency
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator or in a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, ambitious and target-driven approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of the North Norfolk property market would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
