A new opportunity has arisen with our client, a market-leading Estate Agency in the Bootle area of Liverpool, is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
Ideally, our client is looking for a driven, motivated and enthusiastic candidate with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the property industry. As well as, someone who can offer excellent customer service, with the ability to sell and close for business
Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Registration buyers and sellers
- Booking Valuations and Viewings
- Referring leads to Mortgage and Legal services
- Attending Viewings
- Dealing with Offers
- Sales Progression
In return, our client is offering:
- A working week of Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided)
- Basic salary of £20,000
- Realistic on target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000
- Commission paid on sales and mortgage and legal sign ups
