To be considered for the Sales Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:

  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in residential property sales
  • Deep understanding of the local property market
  • Experience winning instructions (Not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach

As a Sales Negotiator/Valuer your duties will be:

  • Conduct viewings and help clients find their perfect property match
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Provide clear, timely feedback and updates to all parties involved
  • Drive sales progress by coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities through valuations and client referrals
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
