Our client, a long-established and highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Negotiator / Valuer to cover a desirable territory across North Suffolk and South Norfolk.

As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of around £28,000

- Attractive Commission Structure: 5% per sale, up to 5% per completed listing

As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, your duties will include:
- Conducting market appraisals and converting them into instructions
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Generating and following up on new business leads
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
- Delivering a professional and personable client experience
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you must have the following:
- Previous experience in estate agency is essential (negotiator, valuer, or similar)
- Strong track record of listing and selling properties
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Confident, motivated, and proactive approach
- Good knowledge of the North Suffolk / South Norfolk property market
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided)
