Due to continued growth, our client, a respected and thriving independent estate agency, is looking to expand their close-knit team with a Sales Progressor.
About the Role:
This is a varied and dynamic role primarily focused on progressing property sales from offer through to completion. You'll also support the team with general administrative duties and occasionally conduct property viewings. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Working Hours as a Sales Progressor:
Choose a working pattern that suits your lifestyle:
- Option 1: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu)
- Option 2: Three weekdays plus every Saturday (pro-rata package)
As a Sales Progressor:
- Basic salary circa £23,000 (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE of up to £28,000
- Mileage expenses

Key Responsibilities as a Sales Progressor:
- Progress sales from ‘offer agreed’ through to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, clients, buyers, and other stakeholders
- Keep all parties informed throughout the transaction process
- Maintain accurate records and complete related admin tasks
- Occasionally conduct viewings when needed
To be considered for the Sales Progressor role, you must have:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in Estate Agency
- Excellent understanding of the property sales process
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple cases
- A team player with a proactive approach
- Full driving licence and access to a car
