Salary Package for the successful Sales Progressor:

Working Days:

  • Monday to Friday in the office
  • No weekend work
  • Full time 

As a Sales Progressor, your responsibilities will be:

  • Progress sales from ‘offer agreed’ through to ‘completion’
  • Guide clients through the sales progression process, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with fellow sales progressors as part of a strong team
  • Liaise with all stakeholders throughout the property transaction to provide updates and chase progress
  • Communicate effectively via telephone and email with clients and stakeholders
  • Work to milestones and deadlines, overcoming challenges during the sales process
  • Renegotiate sales where necessary
  • Chase paperwork, enquiries, and contracts
  • Work towards a target of pipeline conversion
  • Organise completion dates between parties and branches
  • Report weekly on sales activity
  • Assist with AML checks, onboarding, and related administrative tasks
