The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
- Managing property sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
- Monitoring and progressing sales pipelines
- Chasing outstanding documentation and updates
- Identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the transaction
- Providing regular updates to all parties involved
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
Sales Progressor Requirements
- Previous estate agency experience
- Experience in sales progression, property sales, conveyancing, or a similar property-related role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail
