Our Clients have an unrivalled reputation for providing quality service, have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join their busy office located in Redhill, Surrey.
They are ideally looking for a driven and organised individual who has a great ability to work to tight deadlines. In order to be considered for this role, you must have strong customer service skills and experience with property sales progression.
Responsibilities:
- Progressing property sales from sale agreed stage to completion
- Liaising with purchasers, vendors, solicitors and other estate agents
- Communicating effectively with the Sales team
- Administrative and secretarial duties
- Managing clients expectations
Requirements:
- Experience within Estate Agency or a legal background
- Well organised and an ability to work to deadlines
- Strong telephone manner and excellent organisational skill
- Experienced with legalities
- Self-starter with organisation skill sets
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary/Package: £21,000 Basic, £30,000 OTE plus Other company benefits (healthcare, pension etc.)
