The role:
As the successful Sales Valuer, you will be at the forefront of the business, generating valuation leads, attending appointments, and converting opportunities into new instructions. You’ll be supported with a strong flow of pre-booked valuations, allowing you to focus on what you do best: listing and winning business.
Our client is offering the successful Valuer:
- Basic of upto £28,000 (depending on experience)
- £35,000 OTE
- Strong commission structure

To be considered for the role of Valuer you must have the following experience:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing
- Local knowledge would be advantageous
- Highly driven and motivated
- Well presented with a confident manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
