Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is seeking a self-employed Sales Valuer to cover the Stowmarket/Ipswich area, with a view to opening your very own estate agency!
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- On Target Earnings: £50,000 first year, £60,000 - £80,000 second year – uncapped!
- Personal Allowance/Business Mileage

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong local knowledge
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to be successful
- Highly personable and proactive
- Must hold a full driver's license
- Experience conducting valuations and generating new business
As a Sales Vauer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
- Provide accurate market valuations for clients
- Booking market appraisals
- Growing market share
- Build relationships with clients
