The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Build and develop the agency’s profile across your designated local area
- Conduct market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions
- Make strategic decisions around marketing and canvassing to grow brand presence
- Build strong relationships within the local community to generate referrals and repeat business
- Manage your own listings from valuation through to completion
- Work closely with Sales Negotiators, Sales Progressors, and back-office teams to ensure smooth sales progression
- Take ownership of your diary and workload, operating with autonomy and flexibility
Sales Valuer Requirements:
- 2–3+ years’ estate agency experience (Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator level)
- Proven track record of winning instructions
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
