The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area
- Win instructions and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required
- Work closely with buyers, vendors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the client journey
- Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Sales Valuer Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential estate agency
- Proven track record as a Sales Valuer with experience winning instructions
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused approach
- Professional, personable, and commercially aware
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
