We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a well-established and highly successful estate agency in the Birmingham area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional to join a growing business, taking responsibility for winning new instructions, valuing properties and delivering an exceptional service to clients across the local property market.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct property valuations and provide accurate market appraisals
- Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of properties
- List properties to the market and maximise their sales potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Promote and sell the company's services and benefits
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow market share
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Proven track record in residential property sales and listing
- Strong ability to win instructions and generate new business
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, driven and target-focused mentality
- Professional and confident working attitude
- Strong knowledge of the local property market
- Full UK driving licence
What's on Offer?
- £25,000 basic salary
- Tiered commission structure

Working Arrangement
- Full-time working hours
- Monday to Friday with Saturday rota
