Due to continued success, they are now seeking a professional and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 12 months of recent experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential estate agency
  • A proven track record of hitting targets and closing deals
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Senior / Sales Negotiator key duties:

  • Registering applicants and building strong client relationships
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Generating and negotiating offers
  • Booking valuations and mortgage appointments
  • Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
  • Managing sales progression through to completion
