Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- Occasional Saturdays (flexible)
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- A strong basic salary, circa £30,000
- A % of pool commission in a well performing branch.
- A great OTE upwards of £43,000

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- Drive property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to successful completion
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Be able to conduct valuations when needed.
- Stay up to date with local market trends to provide informed advice and insights
- Use property management systems efficiently to handle listings, viewings, and documentation
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- Proven track record in estate agency and property sales.
- Skilled in building rapport and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Can offer an excellent level of customer service.
- Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator is essential.
- Some knowledge of the Lettings process is desired.
