The role:
As a Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a vital part of a motivated, close-knit team, responsible for:
- Negotiating offers and securing sales
- Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Proactively calling out new instructions
- Building strong relationships throughout the sales process
About you:
- Recent experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
- Sales-driven, proactive attitude with ambition to succeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of the Norwich market (desirable)
