The role:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be a vital part of a motivated, close-knit team, responsible for:

  • Negotiating offers and securing sales
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Proactively calling out new instructions
  • Building strong relationships throughout the sales process

About you:

  • Recent experience in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator
  • Sales-driven, proactive attitude with ambition to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of the Norwich market
