As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

- Realistic OTE of £33,000–£35,000 (uncapped)

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing and growing the lettings pipeline, ensuring strong conversion and performance
- Organising and conducting property viewings, delivering a professional and engaging experience
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth of the lettings department
- Booking and attending valuations (where applicable), with listing experience seen as advantageous
- Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
- Handling enquiries, calls, and general office administration
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems, including Microsoft Excel
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and providing correct advice to clients
To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role, you must have:
- Previous experience within lettings is essential
- Experience at Senior Negotiator level or a proven track record looking to step up
- Listing/valuation experience would be advantageous
- A positive, driven, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Well-presented, punctual, and customer-focused
