Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9.00am - 6.00pm
The successful Project Manager will be offered:
- 20,000 – 24,000 AED per month

Project Manager requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and driving business growth.
- Educated to Degree Level in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Business Management.
As a Project Manager, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Mentor Project Coordinators to develop strong decision-making and project ownership
- Manage the commercial performance across projects to support healthy margins and financial predictability.
- Strengthen sourcing practices and ensure they support long-term commercial goals.
- Ensure teams follow a consistent checks, reviews, and approvals as per the Delegation of Authority.
- Strengthen collaboration with Design, Studio, Sales, and Finance.
- Ensure suppliers, fabricators, and logistics partners can support current and future project demands when authorizing Procurement Execution Plan
- Ensure delivery data is on the Systems and is accurate enough to support planning and decision-making.
- Create or review delivery reports for Directors when needed.
- Implement and ensure maintenance in documentation, time logging, and project updates.
- Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline to forecast resource needs.
