Senior Project Manager - Dubai

We're excited to be working alongside an award-winning art consultancy firm that, due to growth and increased workload, is looking to expand its project management team with the addition of a Senior Project Manager.

Working hours: 

  • Monday to Friday 
  • 9.00am - 6.00pm

The successful Project Manager will be offered:

  • 20,000 – 24,000 AED per month

Project Manager requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and driving business growth.
  • Educated to Degree Level in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Business Management.

As a Project Manager, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Mentor Project Coordinators to develop strong decision-making and project ownership
  • Manage the commercial performance across projects to support healthy margins and financial predictability.
  • Strengthen sourcing practices and ensure they support long-term commercial goals.
  • Ensure teams follow a consistent checks, reviews, and approvals as per the Delegation of Authority.
  • Strengthen collaboration with Design, Studio, Sales, and Finance.
  • Ensure suppliers, fabricators, and logistics partners can support current and future project demands when authorizing Procurement Execution Plan
  • Ensure delivery data is on the Systems and is accurate enough to support planning and decision-making.
  • Create or review delivery reports for Directors when needed.
  • Implement and ensure maintenance in documentation, time logging, and project updates.
  • Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline to forecast resource needs.
