This position is for a Senior Residential Surveyor to join the team as a Regional Area Manager covering the Birmingham area. Carrying out professional valuation and survey work, as well as managing / leading the region's surveying team.

As a Regional Area Manager, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including:
- Level 2 Surveys
- Level 3 Surveys
- Red Book Valuations
- Bespoke Building Surveys
- Private and Panel work
- Managing a team of Surveyors, offering support and advice
- Spearhead any business development opportunities to secure new business
To be considered for the Regional Area Manager role, you must have:
- Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS-accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications
- Strong track record in Surveying
- Registered Valuer Status
- Previous experience in managing people, and can offer positive leadership skills
- Positive and Helpful outlook
- Strong Knowledge of RICS rules and regulations

- Salary package: £60,000 - £65,000 Basic, £85,000 - £90,000 OTE
