A new opportunity has arisen with our client who is currently looking to add a Senior Sales Negotiator to their established branch in Brighton.
Our client is a successful multi-branch estate agency that is ideally looking for someone who is currently a Senior Sales Negotiator, however, would consider those with extensive experience as a Sales Negotiator looking for the next step in their career.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Book and complete viewings
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Negotiate offers
- Generating sales leads for property viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face to face.
To be considered for the role of Senior Sales Negotiator you must have the following requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving license
In return, our client is offering:
- Basic salary of £18,750 (Additional Retainer for the first 3 months of employment)
- OTE of £30,000 Uncapped commission
