As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new market appraisal opportunities
- Partnering with valuers to support clients throughout their home move journey
- Proactively marketing current stock and identifying new business opportunities
- Delivering high-level client care, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the process
- Negotiating offers and helping guide transactions to completion
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in estate agency sales
- A proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
- A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
- Confidence in dealing with intelligent, discerning clients
