As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors, delivering a consistently high level of service
  • Organising and conducting property viewings, confidently showcasing properties and closing for offers
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties
  • Generating market appraisals
  • Proactively prospecting for new business opportunities and increasing market share
  • Registering and qualifying applicants, matching them to suitable properties
  • Providing regular vendor feedback and market insight to maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems and compliance requirements are met
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate, contributing to overall team success

To be considered for this Senior Sales Negotiator position, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in a Senior role or the ambition and ability to step up into one
  • A driven mindset with a proactive approach to winning business
  • Strong knowledge of the West Nottingham property market (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
