Our independent and fast-growing client has an excellent opportunity to join their branch in the Stoneleigh area.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work full time with 1 in 2 Saturdays and a day off in lieu.

- Basic between £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- At least 2 years of property experience
- Excellent rapport-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
- Target-driven individual
- Full Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Progressing Sales from start to finish.
- Successfully negotiating Sales
- Continuing to drive the business forward.
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Providing excellent customer service
