As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, your role responsibilities will be:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
- Conduct viewing appointments and support the offer process
- Manage sales progression
- Collaborate with in-house mortgage, protection, and lettings teams to support cross-selling
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:
- At least 12 months’ experience as a sales negotiator
- Proven ability to carry out valuations and win instructions
- Full UK driving license
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills
