The Role
As a Valuer, you will:
- Carry out market appraisals and valuations
- Win new business and secure instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Provide expert advice on pricing and the local property market
- Manage the sales process from valuation through to completion
- Conduct viewings where required
- Negotiate offers and achieve the best possible results
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Represent the company professionally within the local market
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities
Valuer Requirements
- Proven experience as a Valuer within estate agency
- A strong track record of winning instructions
- Excellent knowledge of the Norwich property market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A confident and professional manner
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A target-driven and motivated approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- A genuine passion for property
