An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Survey Auditor to join a well-established and forward-thinking independent surveying practice. This role is perfect for a qualified surveyor who takes pride in quality assurance, upholding professional standards and driving continuous improvement across surveying teams.
This is a remote role where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant residential surveys and valuation reports. You’ll also contribute to training initiatives, promoting consistency and promoting best practices across the business.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
- Remote (occasional travel)
Survey Auditor Requirements:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- 3 years’ PQE in Residential Surveying
- Experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Valuations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
- Good understanding of property defects, construction terminology, and survey formats.
Our client is offering the successful Survey Auditor:

The role of Survey Auditor will consist of:
- Audit and review Level 2 and Level 3 surveys and residential valuation reports
- Ensure full compliance with RICS standards, client instructions and internal procedures
- Record and report audit outcomes
- Provide constructive feedback to surveyors to improve report quality and consistency
- Support training and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues
- Liaise with the Management Team
