An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Survey Auditor to join a well-established and forward-thinking independent surveying practice. This role is ideal for a qualified surveyor who takes pride in quality assurance, upholding professional standards and driving continuous improvement across surveying teams, with clear scope to progress into wider management responsibilities.

This is a remote role in which you will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant residential surveys and valuation reports. You will also contribute to training and development initiatives, promoting consistency and best practice across the business, while supporting the ongoing professional growth of the surveying team.

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
  • Remote (occasional travel)

Survey Auditor Requirements:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • 3 years’ PQE in Residential Surveying
  • Experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Valuations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities
  • Good understanding of property defects, construction terminology, and survey formats.

Our client is offering the successful Survey Auditor:

  • Basic salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)

The role of Survey Auditor will consist of:

  • Audit and review Level 2 and Level 3 surveys and residential valuation reports
  • Ensure full compliance with RICS standards, client instructions and internal procedures
  • Record and report audit outcomes
  • Provide constructive feedback to surveyors to improve report quality and consistency
  • Support training and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues
  • Liaise with the Management Team
