We're recruiting for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our client's well-established and highly successful mortgage brokerage in Hertford. The Role
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Meet clients face-to-face and provide professional mortgage advice
- Conduct initial appointments and progress applications through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service
- Ensure all business is written compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements
- Develop your knowledge and expertise through ongoing training and mentoring
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets
Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification (full CeMAP qualification advantageous)
- Driven, motivated and eager to build a successful career in mortgage advice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Professional, organised and target-driven approach
