Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator role:
- Generating valuation leads
- Attending appointments
- Converting opportunities into new instructions
- Involved in property viewings and negotiating offers
- Supporting clients through the sales process, ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently
To be considered for the Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator role:
- Proven track record in a face-to-face sales environment
- Strong understanding of the local area
- Highly driven and motivated
- Well-presented with a confident, professional manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
As a Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE of £35,000
- Strong commission structure
