Due to expansion my client, an independent Architectural Design Consultancy, is looking for an Architectural Technician to join the team in Norwich. The right candidate will have experience in Design and Planning and residential properties.
The successful Architectural Technician must have experience of:
- Experience in designing residential properties
- Knowledge of robust details, U Values and Technician details
- Working with projects from planning approval and completing working drawings to a high standard
- Proficient with AutoCAD and CRM software
- Liaising with Contractors, Consultants, Clients and Planning Departments
- Knowledge of the local and national planning policy
- Knowledge of building regulations
For the role of Architectural Technician you must have the following requirements:
- CIAT registration is preferred, but not essential
- A minimum of 3 years in a residential Architectural Technician role
- Full driving licence
- Be flexible on location (either the Norwich or Hunstanton office)
Salary/Package for the Architectural Technician:
- £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Bonus scheme based on annual profit
