Our client, a well-established and respected independent Estate agent is looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join their growing team in Bristol.

Ideally, to be considered for the Assistant Branch Manager role you must have the following:
- Previous property experience
- Motivated and driven
- Full UK driver’s license
- Organised and able to manage workload
- Outgoing and friendly personality
Key tasks of an Assistant Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Booking and attending viewings
- Booking and attending Valuations
- Carrying out Market Appraisals
- Sales Progression
- Phoning out and keeping up to date on the database
- Vendor Feedback and updates
- Meeting and Greeting in the office
- Maintaining excellent relationships with Clients and Vendors
- Maximising opportunities and generating new business
- Assisting in Managing the team
Working hours of an Assistant Branch Manager:
- Monday to Friday 8.45 am – 6 pm
- Saturday 9 am – 4 pm (Day off in lieu)

In return, our clients are offering the successful Assistant Branch Manager:
- Basic Salary from £19,000
- OTE £35,000 - £40,000
