Our clients, a well-established and expanding Estate Agency, are seeking a Branch Manager to join their team in the Darwen area.

As a Branch Manager your role will involve:

  • Overseeing the office
  • Driving the business forward
  • Valuing and gaining instructions
  • Managing staff
  • KPI’S and monitoring staff performance
  • Team meetings and reviews

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have:

  • Experience as an Estate Agent
  • Local knowledge
  • Background in Management
  • Listing experience with a proven track record of gaining instructions

Working hours:

As a Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work full time

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

  • Basic £25,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience
  • £32,500 - £37,500 OTE
