Our clients, a well-established and expanding Estate Agency, are seeking a Branch Manager to join their team in the Darwen area.
As a Branch Manager your role will involve:
- Overseeing the office
- Driving the business forward
- Valuing and gaining instructions
- Managing staff
- KPI’S and monitoring staff performance
- Team meetings and reviews
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have:
- Experience as an Estate Agent
- Local knowledge
- Background in Management
- Listing experience with a proven track record of gaining instructions
Working hours:
As a Branch Manager, you’ll be required to work full time
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience
- £32,500 - £37,500 OTE
