- Basic salary circa £30,000
- On-target earnings up to £60,000

The role:
As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of branch performance, leading from the front to drive growth and profitability. You’ll build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
Your day-to-day will include generating new business, conducting market appraisals, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong presence in the local market. This is a hands-on leadership role, so you’ll also step in to conduct viewings and support your team when needed, ensuring every client interaction reflects excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a management or senior role
- A commercially driven mindset with a track record of winning business
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Local market knowledge is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
