We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and growing independent estate agency in the Thetford area. The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day performance and operations of the sales branch
- Drive residential sales performance and achieve branch targets
- Win new instructions and increase market share
- Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to maximise performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and the local community
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry best practice
- Work closely with senior management to support the continued growth of the business
Branch Manager Requirements
- Previous experience within residential estate agency
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving targets
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning ability
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of the local property market, or the ability to develop this quickly
- Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangements
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays (9:00am-1:00pm) with time off in lieu
