We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Stowmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a busy branch, with full training and ongoing support available for those looking to develop a long-term career in residential sales.
Whether you already have estate agency experience or are looking to break into the industry, our client is looking for someone who is customer-focused, driven, and eager to succeed.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Register applicants and match buyers with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work towards individual and branch sales targets
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Sales Negotiator Requirements
- Previous residential estate agency experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Organised with excellent time management abilities
- Proactive, motivated, and target-driven
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
- Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangement
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays (9:00am-1:00pm) with time off in lieu
