We're recruiting for an ambitious Branch Manager to lead and grow an established operation on the East Norfolk Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agent with a strong commercial mindset, looking for greater responsibility, increased earning potential and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of the business.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Take a senior, hands-on role in the management and growth of the branch
- Drive new business and win instructions across the local market
- Carry out valuations and secure new instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, applicants and local clients
- Manage and develop the branch sales pipeline
- Lead by example, supporting and developing the wider team
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and revenue
- Oversee the sales process from instruction through to exchange
- Develop strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
- Contribute to the strategic growth and profitability of the branch
- Maximise earning potential through branch performance, profit share and referral income
Branch Manager requirements:
- Proven residential estate agency experience
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Commercial and entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to develop and grow a branch
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong focus on customer service and business development
- Full UK driving licence

- £28,500 - £30,000 basic salary
