We're recruiting for a Branch Manager / Valuer to join a highly respected independent estate agency in Norwich, specialising in mid to high-end residential property.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a strong commercial mindset, looking to take ownership of branch performance, win new business, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
As a Branch Manager / Valuer, you will:
- Take a senior, hands-on role in the management and growth of the branch
- Carry out market appraisals and secure new property instructions
- Drive new business and increase market share across the local area
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, applicants, and local clients
- Manage and develop the branch sales pipeline
- Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and developing the wider team
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through business development and referrals
- Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses and professional contacts
- Contribute to the overall profitability and strategic growth of the branch
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing a premium property brand
Branch Manager / Valuer Requirements:
- Proven experience within residential estate agency, ideally at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Experience valuing and marketing residential property
- Excellent knowledge of the Norfolk property market
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Commercially focused with an entrepreneurial approach
- Ability to develop a branch and grow its local market presence
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional and polished presentation
- Strong focus on customer service and business development
- Full UK driving licence
