The Role
As a Chartered Commercial Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out a broad range of commercial surveying work
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions, and leasehold matters
- Undertake property management responsibilities
- Complete Red Book valuations in line with RICS standards
- Provide professional advice to clients across a variety of commercial property instructions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the continued growth and reputation of the business
- Ensure all work is delivered accurately, professionally, and within deadlines
Chartered Commercial Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial surveying
- RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor
- Experience across lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, and property management
- Strong knowledge of Red Book valuations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Professional, collaborative, and commercially aware approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
