They are now seeking an experienced Chartered Commercial Surveyor to join their team.

This role includes working Monday to Friday, providing a good work-life balance (No Weekends!)
Working Hours:

The role of a Chartered Commercial Surveyor will include:
- Day-to-day management of the team,
- Negotiating lease renewals,
- Rent Reviews,
- Coordinating with external letting agents,
- Tenant Liaison,
- Tenant Alienation Requests,
- Overseeing tenant proposals for alterations or works,
- Performing property inspections and dilapidations,
- Supporting credit control activities alongside the internal credit control team,
- Carrying out any additional duties assigned by the Group Head of Property to fulfil the responsibilities of the Property Division.
Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:
- Previous experience in Commercial surveying required (Minimum one year)
- RICS qualification (MRICS)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
- Positive attitude
