A new opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Sales Negotiator who is required for my client's branch in Stamford. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a successful team working for a local established independent Estate Agency.
You will need to be well polished and well-groomed with a good knowledge of the industry. Sales experience of the role is needed. You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision. My client is looking for a pro-active individual willing to grow one of the best agents in the area. This opportunity will also be helping out the Lettings Department as and when.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be required to:
- Arrange viewings on properties,
- Conduct viewings,
- Canvass for new business
- Negotiate and close sales
- Take on more Senior responsibilities when required
- Be able to develop the sales side of the company.
Requirements:
- Positive and polite manner
- Target oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and career-minded
- Full UK Driving licence
- Great knowledge of the Stamford area
- A professional approach to your work and a presentable appearance
In return for this Sales Negotiator role, my client is willing to offer a basic salary of up to £21,500, Up to £30,000 OTE (commission structure negotiable)
