- Hybrid working basis, allowing flexibility to work remotely from home 2 days a week and 3 from the Canary Wharf office.

Lettings Accounts Administrator requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities
- Previous experience in lettings accounts, finance support, accounts administration or property administration is essential
- Proactive, organised and solution-focused
- Strong numerical skills
Duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator role include:
- Preparing payment runs
- Issuing remittances and ensuring all documentation is correctly filed
- Allocating incoming funds and reconciling accounts daily
- Managing tenant and landlord account queries and chasing outstanding payments
- Processing incoming invoices and determining appropriate allocation or action
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate digital filing systems and financial records
- Supporting annual financial reporting and documentation requirements
- Responding to daily email enquiries and resolving account-related issues
