Our client, a well-established Independent Estate Agency is looking for a professional part-time Lettings Consultant to join their reputable branch in Dunmow.
Ideally, our clients are looking for an individual who has the following attributes:
- Solid experience in residential lettings
- Professional
- Confident and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
Key tasks of a Lettings Consultant will include, but will not be limited to:
- Property Valuations
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Property maintenance
In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Consultant:
- £21,000 - £22,000 Basic Pro-rata
- £25,000 - £30,000 OTE Pro-rata
Working hours:
- 3-4 days a week (including every other Saturday)
