Are you an experienced Lettings Manager who's currently looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Our client is looking for such an individual to join their successful and friendly team in the Cheltenham area. Our clients are a well-respected, successful and rapidly growing Estate Agency that are in need of a Lettings Manager to join their team due to constant business growth.
Key tasks include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing & maintaining the lettings business
- Maximising revenue
- Motivating staff & providing training
- Listing new properties
- General day to day duties, helping other departments when needed
The successful Lettings Manager will need to have the following:
- Minimum 2 years Lettings experience
- Results-driven with a strong track record
- Focused to lead and motivate a team
- Able to win new business
- Local knowledge
- UK driving licence & own vehicle
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
- With a day off in the week in lieu
In return, our client is offering the successful Lettings Manager the following:
- Basic £35,000
- OTE £50,000
- Car allowance
- Medical insurance
