Our clients, successful Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their busy team in Witham. Our client requires someone either working within the industry at the Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager level who is looking to make their first step into management, or an established Lettings Manager looking for a new challenge.
Ideally, to be considered for the Lettings Manager role, you must have the following:
- Previous experience in Lettings
- Able to manage and motivate a team
- Highly organised with great time management
- Have excellent customer service
- Full UK driver’s licence
Key tasks of a Lettings Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Seeking new business, building alliances with local developers and landlords
- Overseeing marketing activity, carrying out valuations and liaising with landlords
- Leading by example, as you manage and motivate staff
- Seeking new business, building alliances with local developers and landlords
- Setting targets and KPIs for your team
- Work with the recruitment team to recruit staff
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays on a rota basis
In return, our clients are offering the Successful Lettings Manager:
- Up to £23,000 basic
- £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)
- Company car or car allowance
- Other benefits
